At Here U Style, we are committed to delivering your LED lighting products safely and efficiently. This policy outlines how we process and ship all orders from our facility in Scottsburg, Indiana.

1. Order Processing Time

We know you are excited to light up your space. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Origin & Carriers

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at:
130 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170, USA

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your items .

3. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Continental US (48 states): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., over $99).
Alaska, Hawaii, and Remote Areas: Orders shipped to these locations may incur additional shipping fees due to carrier surcharges .

4. Delivery Times (After Processing)

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (e.g., 2-3 business days).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather .

5. Fragile Items & Freight

LED lighting products, especially larger fixtures, can be fragile.

Small Items: Shipped in padded boxes via ground carriers.
Large or Bulk Orders: May require Freight (LTL) shipping. If your order is large or heavy, we will contact you to coordinate a curbside delivery appointment .
